Finally there was a day of sunshine, so I took advantage and after stalking the Bison (ha!) I walked around my yard to look for any signs of spring. Not much happening. Even though yesterday was pretty and sunshine, more rain and cold weather today. Up and down weather has the flowers confused. Spring will be here soon. In the meantime here are a few shots of early signs of spring I found. Most of these were macros and would not have been noticed if not looking very close to the ground.
Daffodil
Another daffodil blooms in my backyard. Always the first bloom I see. Spring is not far away.

Daffodil Critter
Perhaps a little crab spider on this daffodil bloom. He was so tiny I could hardly see him.

Another Henbit
This weed, Henbit I believe, has a different shade of purple than the other. They are tiny clusters you would miss if not looking closely. Very odd shaped weed.

Henbit Weed
After researching this tiny weed in my yard I believe it is called Henbit. I stand corrected if someone knows better than I do. It looks really cool, almost like a face design around the blooms.

I think this is my one daughters birthday flower.
That is so cool LaJenna.
I have my plants popping up thinking it’s time to come alive ha ha ha but then the
cold shows up & they wondering what is going on but they just keep growing.
I know, the same here, it happens every year.
I guess that gives God the idea of who the BOLD & strong ones are that
who can’t make wither off off in the cold, but who knows why it happens.
I think you may be right.
