I am continuing with the 365 Photos Challenge and I am now on Day 18. I am a little behind but will eventually catch up. Anyone can join in, you do not have to be nominated. Here are the rules from Artbytes on his 365 Photos Challenge.
I had to go down over the weekend to settle my Dad’s estate. One last walk through his home. I walked around outside and saw his beautiful Camelias blooming. He loved showing me these blooms. It was a very emotional time. I have never been there without him. But I felt his presence all around. These blooms were stunning in the sunlight. It snowed the day before. When I got there it was melting, causing the droplets. A perfect touch. I brought back a cutting from this tree to plant in his memorial in my backyard. I hope it grows.
Beautiful flower, my prayers are with you!
Thank you Michelle, I definitely need them.
Is the way cuttings can be done to plant the beautiful flowering plants? or must be from a rooted seed?
No, it is from the cuttings. My cousin was kind enough to help me get a cutting in the same soil the tree is growing in. This gives it a better chance of survival. Fingers crossed.
Oh… That good. Coz not every plant can treat that way
Such a pretty flower….thank you for sharing!!

Yes it was LaJenna, thank you very much.
See what a wonderful gift he sent you. And the sun was for you after a snowy day. I hope the rose you took from there to grow up in your garden.
Yes indeed he did, and just for me. It was a very special moment Elenka.
Such a beautiful, delicate flower. I also hope it grows to provide you comfort.
