I don’t normally post pictures twice in a row of the same concept, but I had to show the end state of yesterday’s starting picture. Lab’s Lair Too arrived at its home port. It is funny sometimes when you think about the concept of home ports and what that means. We spend our lives seeking a path to what is important to us, and sometimes we walk right by it. Find value in what you have!
From April to the end of October we spend a lot of time outdoors and on the boat. As much time as we can spend. It is something that is relaxing, something that both my wife and I can do together. This picture is towards the new fuel dock, and our slip at the Marina. I find boating relaxing personally. I get away from the rules and regulations that I have to live by during the week. Plus there is something about air mixed with water and salt that is fun!
Anyone can join the photo challenge – post a picture less than seven days old! If you are like me, you will find yourself thinking about taking more pictures!!!!
We’ve had one for many years (out of the last 20, 16 years we had a boat). It is a very important part of what we love to do!
Wow, what a great looking boat. I could see why you spend a lot of time there. I would too!!
Thanks, Kim, we love the boat! It is something we can do without the kids. Although the dogs demand to go often!
lol dogs are easier. My kids would be asking to borrow it. ughhh
I have the same issue. I told them they had to pass the Maryland boater safety course before they could borrow it. So far only 1 of 4 has passed!
