This photo is all about what I ate for lunch today. The 3 round discs are just shredded cheese baked in the over for 6 minutes, then put them on the broil setting for one minute. I had a salad with tomatoes on it, and vinegar and oil dressing. I also chopped strawberries on it. I also had dipped sauce for the round things, which was just heating up pasta sauce. I did a small sprinkle of shredded cheese on it as well.

i do remember that and I do remember the song! I have to say though my pump-up song is Kenny Loggins Danger Zone from the first top gun movie.
I am not giving up on my diet. Just taking a short break. I find I cannot just lose 90 pounds at a time and not gain it back.
this time over the course of 10 years I went from 290 to 240. I stabilized at 240 for 3 years and then six years ago went to 200! I have not gone above 210 in six years.
201 today – goal is 185 I will get there!!!
