Doc Anderson this may be about a food post, but it is a healthy choice, and keto-friendly, so eat as much as you would like of this soup.
This soup is broccoli soup. It is easy to cook, just cool some broccoli until tender, then put in a blender with almond milk, and some tomatoes, and a little sugar not much. I also added parsley flakes. I fixed my husband grilled cheese sandwich with his soup, but since I can’t have dairy I fixed me grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich on gluten-free bread. I only ate 1/2 sandwich. I can have some carbs daily but not too much more.
