Many of you know I have been eating healthier, and also knows why I have been eating better. I try to eat the Keto way most of the time. As of today I have lost 23 pounds. I eat healthy, and exercise in a healthy fashion. I walk about three miles a day. Once a week I walk the 5 Boosted Miles by Leslie Sansone. Her walking videos are done in a way that is good for the body.

Thank you Doc my dear faithful supporter. I only have to lose 7 more pounds to be at my ideal body weight, but I want to lose five more lol for real.
I understand that completely! Diets are painful.
I am enjoying the Walk Away the Pound videos and eating the Keto way, and it has proved to be rewarding too.
My goal is 10,000 steps a day. I’ve missed on day in the last 5 months.
But the new number for people is supposed to be 7500 steps a day!
