Let me briefly tell you something about this photo. Here I am wearing a dhoti, a simple dhoti that is only worn at the time of wedding. You can see a white flower at my neck, this flower is the sacred white flower’s which is used only at the time of marriage ceremony. In Manipuri langauge this white flowers is called Kundo lei. Kundo means sacred and lei means flower. We offer sacred flowers to each other showing that we tie in a bond that is never breakable. We worship in the front of god, we won’t break our bond until we die. Follow me to learn new traditional style of India northeast people. I will share more and more photos of my own collections.
