I am very fortunate to have a friend in Australia. I have written about her before and probably will write about her again. I received this beautiful butterfly card in the mail today. Unexpectedly, for no particular reason. Which made it even more special. She knows what I have been going through the last few months. And she also knows my love for butterflies. I am still working on the butterfly puzzle she sent me for Christmas. This card was different. And it brought a much needed smile. Everyone needs at least one true friend, not a fair weathered friend. You are very fortunate if you can say you have a friend, a true friend that will be there for you no matter what.

That’s very pretty, and I agree about needing 1 true friend. I am fortunate to have one like that. I’ve never met her in person…but we send gifts back and forth too. She sends for Christmas and birthdays….I send when I can even though it’s not quite as often.
