WOD – Leg & Abdominal workout

Workout:

  • 30 sit ups
  • 8 mile run
  • 35 pound leg curl: 35 repeats
  • 40 pound leg extension: 40 repeats
  • 50 pound leg curl: 25 repeats
  • 30 pound leg extension: 30 repeats
  • 30 sit ups

Lately with the arrival of fall, the weather has been total crap outside, leaving me with not much of a choice but to get my workouts in at the gym whether on treadmill, elliptical or indoor bike.

This run felt very good! In order to make it interesting I kept toggling with the speed, so that I wouldn’t get too bored considering that it was on a treadmill versus outdoors where there is so much to see in comparison. 

After run weight

Working the abdominal muscles are a never-ending process. And it really helps to eat right to coincide with keeping up with abdominal workouts on a regular. 

Needless to say that I was finish after the last piece of my abdominal workout. 

It always feels great eating good after a workout. I picked this meal up at the local Dollar Tree and combined it together.
