WOD – Kettle bell added to workout regime

I have officially added the kettle bell to my workout regime and love it! And just like with the addition of medicine ball throws, I feel that I can work the targeted muscles I want in such little time. 

  • 20 medicine ball throws
  • 30 push ups
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 medicine ball throws
  • 25 push ups
  • 74 jumping jacks
  • 12 minute elliptical workout covering 1.9 miles
  • 15 pull ups
  • 15 kettle bell press lifts
  • 1 mile treadmill run
  • overhead press machine: 40 repeats w/ 30 pounds
  • 30 sit ups
