I have officially added the kettle bell to my workout regime and love it! And just like with the addition of medicine ball throws, I feel that I can work the targeted muscles I want in such little time.

- 30 push ups
- 20 crunches

- 25 push ups
- 74 jumping jacks
- 12 minute elliptical workout covering 1.9 miles
- 15 pull ups
- 15 kettle bell press lifts
- 1 mile treadmill run
- overhead press machine: 40 repeats w/ 30 pounds
- 30 sit ups
