I tried Picky Bars – cinnamon roll’n before this workout and enjoyed it! Best believe that I will be keeping an eye out on ordering it again in the future once I finish my last one within the batch that came with my order.
Strava badges gained during this workout were ‘Thriva bleed for speed’, and ‘NB Virtual urban mile’. Thriva bleed for speed required 90 minutes of fitness activity within a week. And NB Virtual urban mile required a 1 mile run.
During my stationary bike ride, I enjoyed Outkast – Jazzy Belle which popped in my head oddly.
