Since switching from my previous gym two months ago I realize that I have not done a medicine ball workout. I have adapted into the new scenery at my new gym; easing in to working similar muscles yet with a different machine. The row machine has been my replacement over the edition of using the medicine ball in my workout regime which a row machine is something that my previous gym did not have. Both work similar upper body muscles, but both have different movements and both will leave you out of breath upon completion of every set.

Medicine ball workouts are better because natural movement is not hindered.
It will be cool to have heavier weight for my medicine ball tosses. That would be one helluva a workout tossing a 30 to 50 pound medicine ball in the air.
