From this day forward I will just refer to my ‘knee to chest’ workouts in the prone position as mountain climbers because basically it is, but a slower version of a mountain climber. I love the fact that it works to lower portion of the abdominal muscles because that tends to be the area where most people struggle with belly fat.
I felt very good keeping this treadmill run at a 8 minute mile pace.
Upper body workout for the day: Dips; Pull ups; Row machine
Oh boy, it has been a while since I have done a row machine workout. It is really an ass kicker and gives me the opportunity to see how out of shape I am in, lol.
Overall workout
- 75 Jumping jacks
- 30 Mountain climbers
- 50 Crunches
- 2.01 Mile run
- 10 Dips
- 10 Pull ups
- 10 Dips
- 10 Pull ups
- 5 Dips
- 5 Pull ups
- 500 meter row

yeah. why be lazy? you can get a good spot and a bit of a workout at the same time
I do that typically at the movie theater or Allstate arena. Most of the time its congested so I try to get out before the herd comes through.

The upper body portion is always an ass kicker. I needed a break going into the row workout because it is a different level of a workout. Kicked my butt!

That is the name of the game, to strengthen the body in order to get better. I refuse to be one that is too outta shape to conduct my normal activities. I’d be damn if I ever struggled walking up a flight of stairs or struggled to carry a 40 pound box around whether at work of moving my own property.

Would be a good experience, but I don’t know about doing it regurly because its not my thing. Maybe if I was good enough to compete. Certain states do things like that. Lol, we don’t do that in Illinois.
