I have been enjoying these before work workout sessions, particularly the lateral incline chest press portion of the workout. It has given me that extra boost of intensity needed as I go into my work shift where behaviors of my clients are uncertain. Daily I have to adress my mental health needs and this is one of those ways I address it.

Damn that is very bad. I have now been with two writing sites that have failed
if only two, i have had now 5 different sites fail that I was a part of.
Quora is starting to offer more on their site. I have been adding questions as well as responding to questions as of late. If I see no progress with answering questions, I plan to leave it alone

i would say Mylot is a better bet they at least pay. Quora takes a long time to build up.
I see! On Mylot I did notice that the money is calculating in the process, but not so on Quora which is mindboggling
i gave up on Quora, it is more time than value.
this week, i felt too tired to work out at the gym because of mercury retrograde and the full moon eclipse. it slowed me down. I hope first week of june goes back to normal for me.
Those types of days suck. I have my days when I want to get workouts in early, but my mind just won’t let me.

Lately I have been doing little workouts that are shorter than 5 minutes. A mixture of plank, pushups, jumping jacks, alternating toe touches, and mountain climbers.
black friday this year, i ended up walking 8 miles–2 miles at the mall and 6 miles on a walking meetup.
