Do you ever feel this way? Like one anxious thought leads to another and then forms sort of a tailspin and before you know it you’re wound up so tight and anxious you have no idea what to do?
When this happens, what do you do?
This is a serious question that I have and that I’d love to find some serious answers to. I’ve been feeling so anxious lately over NOTHING. There’s really nothing in my life to cause me to feel so stressed out and it’s worse when I first wake up and get out of bed in the morning, as I mentioned in my post about not wanting to get out of bed.
So, when you’re anxious for no good reason… What do you do?

I try to distract myself as much as possible. I go over my shopping list, pace, paint, draw, clean, reorganize things, talk to my boyfriend if he’s here. Write.
