Many of you know I have been working hard at reaching my goal weight by eating Keto friendly foods. Now I have finally reached my goal weight, and am very proud of all my hard work. Getting older doesn’t have to feel devastating, it can be a whole new exciting adventure.
I have also been drinking 310 meal replacement shakes I only drink them in the morning, and then eat two full meals. I usually have a fruit smoothie every evening. I eat nuts for snack as well, so I am eating very healthy.
