- 30 Sit-ups
- 1 Mile run
- Lat Pull-down: 30 repeats of 70 pounds
- 30 Sit-ups
- Elliptical: Fat burn option – 7 minutes (1.41 Miles)
- 30 Push-ups
- 20 Russian twists
- 10 Sit-ups w/ medicine ball behind head
- Arm Curl: 55 repeats of 50 pounds
I tried the Fat burn option on the Elliptical today with hopes of basing the resistance off of my heart rate . I was slightly bummed after finishing because I did not have the resistance high enough to give me the burn I wanted. Once I finished, I took a look at the target heart rate for my age group and noticed that I had it set for 60%. I wish I would of caught that before I went for this workout because I feel as though it was not productive enough to my standards. Going into tomorrows workout, I want to play with this option again and set it for a target 180 heart rate, which would put me in the 90% range for resistance. Are you big into working out on the Elliptical?

#Detox (Detox)
I’m looking to try this detox method to assist me with burning fat in my mid-section. It involves mixing water w/ Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, and Honey. I’m considering making this my evening or end of the day drink, so that I wake up refreshed, yet on the verge of keeping off weight in my mid-section. Do you utilize any detox methods? If so, what are your methods?

Thanks, Alibb! Now that you mention that, I guess it is my fitness journal. The fun part about it is tracking my workouts, and goals surrounding the workout. As for the detox drink, it is very good. I’m on my second day of it. I’ll share information on it soon. Have a great day
I’m sure it will be interesting to read!!
Good luck with your workouts and healthy lifestyle!! 🙂
Thank you, Alibb, and thank you for stopping in
