Today, humans are increasingly suffering from various diseases. And the most important reason for this is not focusing on our nutrients that can save us from these diseases. 4. Citrus Fruits:
Whenever you have cold or flu, you should increase citrus fruit consumption (like Lemon, Orange and Grape Fruit) which have sufficient amount of Vitamin C. Vitamin C strengthens our body’s immune system, also increases white cells in our body.

Only ginger I do not use it. I did my tea but it is hot. I do not like spicy dishes and drinks.
