Blog: Getting back into my apple cider vinegar groove

I’am getting back into my groove of taking apple cider vinegar regularly after discovering the capsules. Being on the go always it becomes a headache mixing up drinks which in my case I used to mix apple cider vinegar with cinnamon, lemon, and honey. I could of went about it in a simpler way such as mixing my drinks a head of time, but the capsules I can carry along with my while on the go. With fall in the present and winter lurking I welcome apple cider vinegar back into my life and all the great health benefits that come with it. Do you incorporate apple cider vinegar into your life?

    • Since taking it I have went without getting sick. I like the pills because I can keep up with it consistently rather than mixing the drinks together every single day. Initially I was motivated to do it, but as the time went on I lost my motivation to mix the drink.
