Just because you are not physically working out does not mean you are not working out throughout the day. I have to tell myself that on those days when I am not in the mood to lace up the running shoes and hit the streets running or even saddle up the bike and go riding. As a fitness enthusiast I do have my days when I just want to lounge around and maybe read a book, play video games, or even indulge to the finer things in life like food, hehe without working out. A workout is pretty much just testing your physical fitness ability with desire to improve your strength or better your health going forward.

While in my twenties I didn’t care. Would of been sweet to have my knowledge now back when I was in my twenties. Probably would have went further.
