Everyday we see on the news stories of floods, drought, storms,earthquakes etc. Some say these occurrences are due to the way humans have been treating the Earth since we were introduced to the planet. No matter what we due there seems to be a penalty that we pay for our actions.
This carving is a depiction of how, with just a turn of the wrist, God can make things better or worse for us all. God is the ultimate puppet master and it’s his decision to pull the strings and decide our fate.
