Hello everybody,
Here is another new art design I made a few days ago. It was fun using my art program and I was reminded how much I love creating art designs.
This one is a romantic design that I made using Gimp and PicMonkey. I created the elements of the piece using Gimp and then added the cool bokeh effect and watermark in PicMonkey.
This one came out darker (color wise) than I intended, but I like how it came out. It works with the bokeh effect I think.
What do you all think of this design? Do you like it, and why or why not? Is there anything you would change? I would love to hear your feedback on my work as always!

This one is awesome, and can you tell me if these effects are free to use?
Some are free to use, but I find I can’t save the finished product without having to pay so I screenshot the end design.

I love it with the bokeh, and the darkness adds to this one I think.
Thank you, and I agree that the darkness adds to this one….while the other one might have been better not so dark.
