It’s early in the morning and I was looking for a specific recipe. SERENDIPITY! Yes, a happy accident happened. While crawling the internet looking for a recipe that was at least close to how my Mom made carrot soup I found mukimono.
Will I ever try this intricate form of art? No, I don’t even chop my vegetables in the same size cubes. I can however appreciate someone who has the patience and talent to do this. I am pleased to share the images of Gaku.
