I made this art piece using Gimp, but that is what I usually do.

I used purple and blue for the gradient in the background.  I used the sun ray brush to create the line effect over the gradient.  I use that a lot, but it’s really a cool effect.

I placed a moon in the left corner, I love adding moons to my art work.  Just adds a nice touch to an art piece. I added a tree silhouette, and then silhouettes of kids blowing bubbles.  I wanted it to be fun and playful, and kid friendly.
