While leaving Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago, and entering Bucktown, I tried to capture the lovely sunset over the CTA – Western stop, until a vehicle got in the way of my picture. My only regret is that I was not a little quicker getting my camera out before the car pulled up interrupting it. Maybe next time, but I hope you all enjoy the beauty of what I attempted to share with you all. Enjoy your day!

Enjoy your weekend, Ghostwriter
Thank you very much.
You are very welcome, Robin
be careful don’t take picture when you are driving a car. lol
I get bored, and just have to keep myself occupied while waiting : )
Well, you still get enough of the beautiful sky captured! 🙂
Seems so half-ass though, but I will capture a better one soon
Sure, will be anticipating it 🙂
I’m so excited to share the pictures from my bike rides due to the change in temps. Woohoo!
Wonderful picture Thomas a neighborhood I’ve often visited!
Thanks, Doc. I drive past it at least 4 times a week. One of my favorite Chicago neighborhoods. Hope to share more once the temperatures warm up
Chicago was my home when I was little (I was born in Evanston). It was my home professionally for many years.
Now it is just a memory, thanks for reminding me!
Cool! Well, I will try to gather more of whats in the area near Evanston. I used to live in Edgewater, and loved training (running, and cycling) in the areas towards Evanston.
Ah memories, I used to actually work downtown near the Miracle Mile for a long time.
