If ever there is an animal more aptly named I haven’t met them. We pick names over weeks of waiting to actually get that little pup. When we drove to get the Joker that was the top name that we had been using for weeks – even the breeder was calling him Joker as she knew what we were thinking. We could have changed it at any time during those weeks of waiting for him to be old enough to move from northern Indiana to southwest Ohio. But as soon as I held him in my arms I knew that Joker was the correct name for this bundle of love and energy. He keeps me laughing and loving him every day.
He is a gorgeous, but of course I’m biased, blue merle Australian Shepherd.

Lovely dog. We have Boston Terriers that own us. And three outdoor cats that just showed up here.
