Peacocks in our garden for your viewing pleasure

With concrete jungles mushrooming everywhere Peacocks and other animals have been displaced from their habitat.  While other animals do not visit us  we have these peacocks regularly coming into our garden and strolling peacefully.

A peahen even had her brood here in our garden.  The chicks looked exactly like the chicks of hens.

This one has made his home in our garden. He lies there knowing he is safe

There were six of them that spent a lot of time on the roof of Solitiaire

#3

They are seen here in our birdbath lifting their huge bodies and getting up there

#4

Yes you guessed it right.  They even climbed up on coconut trees

This was the first photo I clicked years ago

This peahen posed for me.  I had to zoom my camera to get it as it was right on top of our water tank

#7

A cuddling scene that one does not see often

Strolling in our terrace garden. There are others there as well

I have been writing for various sites some of which have disappeared.  I have several interests including writing, photography, gardening, reaching out, cooking.  I have a blog which needs a bit of revamping and when I get some time I will go there and do justice.

I love people and have been responsible for getting together several groups such as class mates, seniors, orphaned kids and family

  1. No comments received on a single photo that I have uploaded here. What do you think? Is it worth spending time doing the list. It took me quite awhile to create this post.
I want your opinion whether it is worth posting photos like this if no one is interested in looking at them.
