2nd Week of November is National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week

Thursday, November 09, 2017

While checking out my Twitter page, I noticed that this week is National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week. Alley Cat Allies rescue is promoting TNR and animal shelter adoption to save more homeless animals and give them a good home.

Alley Cat Allies’ Frank the Feral cat is now in Washington D.C., promoting cat awareness and kindness. But it is also important to promote the safety for all animals, domestic and wildlife.

This post is just a reminder to promote the importance of creating more animal sanctuaries, NO-Kill Shelters, and other safe haven to provide homeless animals with a safe home all the time. Adopt animals from shelters, or maybe foster homeless animals until they find a good home. And, provide them with a comfy and happy home, living indoors, like a real family member.
