The Sphynx Cat is characterized by a lack of fur on its body. It is either totally hairless or has a coat texture similar to chamois. The cats have a long, narrow head, webbed feet, large eyes and large ears. Their skin has normal cat markings such as solid and tabby.
It was developed through selective breeding in the 1960s; but there are drawings of this type of cat in the Great Pyramids in ancient Egypt.

Me too! I’d worry about it being cold all the time.
Thanks for your comments. I think the poor cat would be cold all of the time; and you’ve have to give it something to wear out in the sun!!!
Thanks for sharing this post I like it
Nope, I’d like cats with fur, this one looks creepy.
Interesting post. I have rather a cat with fur
Now, I know the name of this type of cat. I prefer cats with fur.
Cool post Linda. I have seen these cats but I prefer the ones with fur. 🙂
That one sure is stunning looking isn’t it. I would like to have one, if someone gave me one that is! 😉
That picture almost looks like a statue! Thanks for your comment.
