Wednesday always comes with shadows! As we all know, the eye is always attracted to the light, but when light comes from behind, we will first notice the shadows.
Life is a succession of lights and shadows is my thought today! Do not ask me why because I will not say!
“We all have dark shadows in our self that come out every now and then.” Jessie Buckley

So true in doing art work it is always important to keep track of the direction of light in order to get 3dimensional art work. With life it is always important to remain focused on tasks and decide what is important. You need light to show you the way but the shadows can also tell you things as well. Really interesting post
Great photo! My idea about light and shadow is that shadow only exist where there is light.
I love the fact that Maya’s shadow is looking at you! What a great capture!
The shadow of a person Is usually scarier than seeing the person face to face.
light on form is the guiding principle of my art, and shadows drive my compositions…
I agree with whatever you say, philosopher.
Really? Thank you, sir! Is plagiarism allowed on Virily ??
Btw! I have not been, I am not and will never be a philosopher. A thought goes through your mind does not make you a philosopher for sure!
Funny… did you notice any irregularities here? usually I see a smiling face but this time the question marks appears. Are there certain chemical elements that influence the construction of certain wisdom?
I have not noticed any irregularities here! I thought I was spreading too many smiles and I thought it better not to smile this time! I was convinced that you would take everything like a joke, without seeing a ?!
Wisdom is the ability to understand and judge things, is not it? This is intimately linked to the genetic heritage(deoxyribonucleic acid) and intelligence of each. I can not think of another link between chemistry and wisdom!
I see the joke clearly even without all the teeth you show.
I see also those two elements there, structure and chemistry, in genetic heritage and deoxyribonucleic acid. That is very clear!
Very nicely done and Maya is looking right at the camera.
Thank you, Carol! First of all I wanted to capture Maya’s shadow but…I found both shadows interesting! After all, we are inseparable!
