Sharing a photo from my summer garden. Dustin’s rose garden did well this year with the pink roses. I am planting more plants to go with the rose bush next week. Still looking for a couple of special plants that are hard to find this time of year. Maybe in the spring.
Funny story. When I bought the rose bush it was suppose to be red, but when it bloomed these pink blooms emerged. I am not sorry as the pink blooms are beautiful.

I have to tell you my favourite rose colour is deep red, but that pink is rather gorgeous, especially with those fairy whispers adorning it!
Red is hard to beat. I thought that is what I was getting with this rosebush but Surprise! Fairy whispers, don’t you love it. 🙂

I like roses in any color, it’s just that I don’t plant them because the trees can grow big but they don’t fit to be bonsai.
They are beautiful aren’t they Albert. Mine is only about three feet tall.
They are beautiful indeed. Three feet? How old is it?
It is about five years old I suppose. It is still growing. But you can cut them back at any time.

It doesn’t have a lot of thorns but yes I am careful.
