I will still need to title this one, but I figure one of these versions should be the final. Or perhaps I will try a bit of postwork, I haven’t decided yet. Perhaps you can help me with that…

Question of
does the light bloom make her look hot?
-
Question of
or do you prefer it without the light bloom?
-
Question of
does she need more postwork?

Question of
or do you like her the way she is?
Light bloom or not, she is hot. If Disney had her in the Pirates of The Carribean Attraction, the lines would start at the Orlando Airport.
actually, they’ve done all they could to whitewash that ride
Too big breasts for one pirate, lol.
What do you mean? She went down a cup size after being stranded on a desert island…
Love her hair, face and hat, very sexy.
I’m glad you like my sexy pirate
The light one gave some focus…
and it depends on whether it’s the focus you want…
I’m a sucker for light blooms
The light background adds some greater appeal to her character.
I still remember how excited I got the day I figured out how to fake a light bloom
That is some good news.
it was very good news at the time, and I’ve leveraged it countless times since
Since the long journey begins with the first step.
I like the first one. The light behind her makes it more “alive.”
She’s smart- fights with the sun at her back
Yes, something like that.
She looks so sexy as a pirate woman.
Ahoy matey! She be a sexy pirate
I will not argue about it. c”,)
never a good policy to argue with pirates
I do agree with that. We can never win against them.
I got to know the importance of the light effects only after reading the first two questions and observing the images again and again. Nice work!
Glad to hear you learned something, that’s part of the fun of doing art for me
The light is good and it is done in my opinion, as you can overwork a subject and I’d say now is the time to stop on this one. It is just fine.
that’s the brilliant thing about digital- if you overwork it, you can always revert to an earlier version. but it is more efficient to stop when the time is right
The light makes her look more natural, I don’t know why. 🙂
it bridges the foreground and background?
Yes, that sounds like a good reason ?
half the time I’m trying to isolate the figure and ground, the other half I’m trying to reintegrate them…
I have to say it… Stormy could be her name.
Love her hair, face and hat.
Stormy is an apt description of her personality
