I think this will be my last pirate of the year. I am really digging on her hair, which reminds me of a WW2 era style. The pose needs just a little bit more work, the composition is just a wee bit off…

Yar, it be an action pose- she need only hold it for the blink of an eye!
The boots on the pirate character as well as the look in her eyes sell the character.

That is true since none of us can judge a book by its cover.
We can and often do judge based solely by appearance, it just isn’t a very accurate metric…
You are right since I remember an ad on the Southern Command Network (SCN) in Panama which showed a man who stole a book from a library and the ad said “Never judge a crook by its cover.”
Her eye looks look like zombie eyes. I see no pupils lol. Guess that is way she looks scary lol
