“Mindful” is a gentle way of introducing meditation into your life. It’s the prework. It’s the buzzword to get you headed in the right direction.
To be mindful you pay attention to your thoughts and actions and see the direct correlation it has on your body and temperament. It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes practice.
Set a time for five minutes and simply pay attention to your breathing. Do you breath in your nose and out of your mouth. Can you really identify how you breathe. Change it up and see how it feels if you breathe differently. It is not a matter of wrong or right. It is simply paying attention and noticing the differences.

I have no habit of doing meditation … I like to walk or run. It makes me relax.
Exercise is a great tool.
Right here, right now…. the power of this very moment… just stop for a second for awareness. I practice it rather often, I love simple meditation.
What a great example you are.
nice post thank you very much
