This is another favorite perennial in my front garden, called Cora Belles. They are a durable perennial flower grown mainly for its wide, silvery-burgundy leaves. Unlike many coralbells, this one is an excellent bloomer that gets lots of long-lasting, dainty, bell-shaped, light-pink flowers at the tops of 10-inch wiry stems. Blooms through most of June and July. The plants are about a foot tall with a 2-foot spread. Flower spikes rise another 10 inches above foliage. Very pretty border plant for your garden.
Another perennial that you cut all the way back at the end of the season and it returns bigger each year. It prefers some shade, so it fits well in front of my hydrangea bush in the front garden.

Love coral bells, aka heuchera. They are faithful garden friends! 🙂
Thanks so do I, they are easy and colorful.
I haven’t heard of them, very pretty….great post!
They have been around, your grandparents probably have Courtney.
I have never actually seen this plant except in pictures, but you have a nice specimen there. It knows it is loved.
It has been around for many years, my grandparents always had it. Thanks Ann.
Most of the plants/flowers you mentioned, I don’t really know or seen them
but it’s great knowledge and sight!!
Thanks for always visiting and commenting! 🙂
An interesting flower. I do not remember seeing him
Thanks Elenka, not sure if you have them or not.
Welcome to Carol’s photo challenge, not just a picture but also a poll!!!!
Love this Carol!
Thanks Doc, well, gotta get the points any way you can these days. 🙂
I do understand the last point, but I also worry about that.
I know, it equals way too many polls on the site.
Well, that is a quick way to get more points. I know I’ve done many more polls in the last month than I did in the previous 11 months.
Thanks a lot, I appreciate you!
Just love the flower. The pink just circles around it seems the whole area.
Thanks, it is really a cool plant that blooms each year.
Hoyer is a very decorative plant.
Hoyer? Thanks Branka. 🙂
Yes very nice and decorative. Pink flowers. It’s not bad to fit in with dark blue.
It looks great I think, the hydrangea has the bright green leaves for contrast as well. Thanks!
The leaves directly behind the coral belles in the photo is the Hydrangea.
Thank you.My opinion is that you try with the .different colors of flowers
But flowers must bloom at the same time.
That is the balance is getting them all to bloom together.
