I heard about the alibb‘s challenge, and just had to post my mom’s traditional Easter cake. She made this for me when I turned ONE year old, and she still makes it every year for Easter. I do not know the recipe, except she uses a plain cake mix, coconut, jelly beans, cut out ears and whiskers from pink and black construction paper, and uses a bunny cake pan. I know it is not Easter yet, but when Easter does come, maybe think about starting your own Easter cake tradition, by making one like the one on this post. This recipe never seem to cause my mom’s guest to desire any other type of cake for this special holiday.
I will ask my mom for the recipe on post it toward Easter, if I do not forget lol.

My mum has a lamb mold that she uses to make an easter cake. Does the same coconut frosting trick, too…
