This is a continuation of the 365 Photos Challenge for the 64th days. For those of you who are interested in this challenge, here are the rules and guidelines.
That is the hinge of the gate in the backyard. When I checked it yesterday, it seemed to start rusting and had to be oiled to move smoothly again. Well, last time I have given it lubricant or fat around the end of last November.
It seems like December has made me ignore it. As you all know, the busyness of December is more about the fun or holiday event while in January we have to start this and that again.
At that time I immediately imagine what if it is my joints… Uhhh… Crusty joints or less lubricant will definitely give the pain! May you all be healthy and have no problem with the hinge joints!
I’m glad that my photo this time does not scare you!
Thanks a lot, my friend ?
My are pretty rusty. All lubricants help temporarily. Like your hinge. Lastly, I lay them on hot sand at night before bedtime. For now it has an effect. Hahaha
Well… Age cannot be fooled, right? Sandbags with electric heaters? Maybe like the one in my place often called the sauna belt…
Kind of. I’m thinking of uploading some pictures of Kim’s recall. And then in the bed. Yesterday and today I am very tired. I was with my little princess at concerts – ballet performances. I did not have the strength.
Do you take medicine or something to overcome the discomfort?
I t is a stunning photo. Why should you spoil it mentioning painful joints? Now, you reminded me on my squeaky joints, too…. 😀
Because that hinge had first mocked me for a moment I saw it! But it doesn’t mention you at all!
No, but my joints recognized themselves in your post. 😉
It turns out the hinge to your joint are sisters, right?
…..or, maybe, brothers, from another mother….? 😀
But, his birth mother is a steel mill, your mother has a different husband to the factory, isn’t it?
Did I tell you that my father was the Iron Man? 😀
Now I begin to suspect that Krakatau Steel and Stark Industries have a special relationship.
Now, that’s I am talking about! But, hush…. it’s a secret. 😀
Well, I shut this secret meeting, I zip up my mouth!
This reminds me of my dear Grandmother. She used WD40 – a lubricant for hinges and doors… on her joints! She was an amazing lady with all kinds of remedies.
I used WD40 as well… but on her joints? She was an amazing lady indeed!!!
Yes indeed. She lived to be 86. I miss her every day.
86 is an abundance of blessings! But I am still curious how she sprayed WD40 into her joint? Fssss…
Even talking about hinges it makes me laugh. Start the joke challenge.
Ha! I’ve been trying so hard to write this well, so tell me where the funny thing is, LaJenna, please…
Just the last sentence. it made me think of us old folks having joint issues lol
Oh, I see… Diseases of old people like us! Hehehe…
Yep me toooooooooooo lol
