As I watch YouTube videos, I thought this parmesan potato stacks recipe looks tasty. I think this recipe is vegetarian, but can be made vegan. I like potatoes, and sometimes I order fries or sweet potato fries at restaurants for a snack or small meal. I am considering doing this recipe sometime in the future. It looks easy, even for me, because I prefer to mostly do raw vegan recipes or microwave recipes.

This would be really good! I might try to make it before I go back to a low carb way of eating.
you can still eat potatoes in small portion. maybe eat one stack for one meal, and for breakfast so you can burn it out during the rest of the day.
Well my diet will only be 20 carbs a day, so unfortunately I can’t. But on a high carb day I’ll try it ?
This looks good but too bad I can’t eat cheese since it’s not good for ezcema. Bummer! =(
there is vegan cheese you can use. i once made my own raw vegan parmesan cheese with mostly sunflower seeds and sea salt, for my raw vegan veggie noodles. there are also vegan different nut with cheese flavor. i just bought the almond vegan cheese to try out.
Yes I know about that Fiff but I don’t eat cheese in general. I’m not a vegan. I’m a Pescatarian.
