Jackson Van Staden is a successful medical doctor. He used himself to conduct what could be termed a social experiment in human kindness. He faked his misfortune to test those who were really close to him.
After he took leave at work, he told people he had lost his job and had moved in with his brother and told them his house was taken by the bank and that his car was repossessed.
One would expect that in such a situation of dire despair that someone would try to lift him up. The absolute reverse was actually the case.

Sadly, it just happens.
but on the other hand, it also depends on how you’ve treated them before
He certainly attempted an interesting experience. I know the handful of friends I have had all my life would not be able to help me and have their own problems and I have no more family left.
Have not experienced anything like this but have read many stories.
