While sitting outside on the deck I noticed a pair of cardinals flying around in the trees. The cardinals are sort of elusive which makes it a challenge to get photos.
I managed to get a few of the bright red male as he sat in the sycamore tree in the back yard. They have a nest somewhere but I have not found it yet.

I haven’t see too many birds around, its very hot here. but I did seem some trees full of flowers that made me so happy.

Today the weather is very changeable. When the rain stopped I could take pictures of snails and raindrops. This cardinal is like a Christmas decoration in a green tree. I hope I found the nest and make us happy with new photos of these beautiful birds.
I love seeing the bright red cardinals. I am still searching for the nest.
It was a happy day! I went for a walk with Maya. That of course brought a smile to my face!🙂
