Today, I would like to share this “Open Air Gym” which is located in front of my house. I clicked it at 4 am during a workout. As you know, exercise outdoor is free, no membership needed which not only you can keep fit, but also can be more social.
Gyming at open-air contributes to an increase in stamina and blood circulation as well. I think from a health perspective, it’s better for your body to be exercising: running, walking, jogging outdoors. The fresh air is going to do a lot more for you, then being inside at home or at the gym.

We have some of these within select neighborhoods and Chicago, but none with as many as this
This is a great idea if the weather is nice, but if it is too cold I would stay inside and jump rope.
I prefer gym in the Open-Air , the swimming pool, too.
