    Also, did you know that “receipt” isn’t just the restaurant bill? It’s also an archaic version of the word “recipe.”

    • Nope, I didn’t know that…

      • If you read really old cookbooks, they use the word “receipt” instead of “recipe.” Also in French, our word “recette” is closer to “receipt” than to “recipe.”
