I’m a little confused about the coffee claim. I enjoy coffee but everyone says coffee is not healthy.
The study says: Coffee is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols and phenylindane, a recently identified compound that researchers think may help fend off Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Drinking coffee has also been linked to reduced risks for several cancers, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Drink your coffee without sugar or processed syrups, and don’t make it too milky: the antioxidant value appears to drop when milk is added.
One of properties of coffee (and doctors say not good one) is that it removes too much fluid out of the human body. So it’s recommended to drink a glass of water soon after taking a cup of coffee. At some restaurants coffee is served with a glass of water really! What do you think?
