QUIZ: Younger managers are best performers

In this digital world of today, it has been discovered that most organizations prefer younger managers to fill the vacancies left by their long-term predecessors. They always assume that the strength of younger people creates bigger opportunities for high productivity and performance.

While younger managers may have challenges that require focused efforts and management growth to succeed, they are most likely to be among the most un-recognized and under-utilized resources in most organizations today.

I did a research to ascertain the viability of this hypothesis whose results I am sharing in this poll. The following are some of my findings after researching on the performance of young managers;

  1. I think this is more suitable for a poll as it seems you are asking people’s opinions. There really is no right or wrong answer here for the questions provided.

  2. 6/8 This is an interesting idea. You could formulate the questions like “According to xyz, young managers are…” or something like that. The way they are now is more suitable for a poll. I hope you don’t take my comment negatively, I enjoyed the topic of the quiz. 🙂
