A few months ago I started to practice fasting. Usually the window in which it is eaten is about eight hours. I usually eat in a 4 o’clock window. It’s only for a short period. I will use the most populae method very soon. This method means that you eat for 8 hours and fasting takes 16 hours. The 16 hour period includes a sleep period. I believe this can improve my health and happiness.
