LET’S PLAY A GAME! – WHAT IS THIS? 5 , I showed you a very close frame of this caterpillar. There were some correct answers but also some wrong ones.
I found this brown, white and red caterpillar feed on a knot grass on Ialomita Valley. It’s not my merit. The one who found it was Maya and I have taken the pictures. This caterpillar can be commonly seen during the day. It grow up to 40 mm in length. It’s name is Knot Grass Caterpillar.
I also share this picture with Macro Monday Challenge.
I have been waiting to see what kind of caterpillar it was. Now I get it. It was on its side curled. Fun game here Ileana! 😀 Do more!
I have never seen such a hairy creature. Great photo.
Thank you! Nature is amazing!
Super shot. I have never seen a caterpillar so close. Of course, my answer is wrong.
Thank you, Vidocka! With the help of macrophotography we discover an interesting world.
They don’t have thorns! They have hairy body. The hair grows in tufts, arranged in rows: two rows along each side of the body and one row along the middle of the back
That’s a great picture, dear friend
Thank you, Lado! It’s a beautiful colorful caterpillar!
