What is the right age to marry?

Is there any formula for determining the ideal age for marriage? A study conducted by the University of Utah in the United States suggests that couples who marry between the ages of 28 and 32 have little chance of getting a divorce, at least in the first five years of marriage.

The study explains the reasons why it is not good to choose marriage either too soon or too late.

– First, maturity, since people are old enough to understand if they really want to share life with someone or if they are just being ‘controlled’ by hormones or sexual desire.

– Secondly, whoever is in this age group has generally already made their life choices, career and assumed some responsibilities. In addition, you already have financial stability stabilized enough to contemplate and support your spouse in whatever it takes. On the other hand, these individuals are also not so old, that their habits are so consolidated and cannot make small adjustments in the lifestyle that marriage requires. More so, probably, do not have ex-husbands and women and children of other relationships to share time and resources.

  1. Immaturity is often the major enemy of marriage. taking responsibility for self and others gives marriage a better chance.

  2. A person should be married if they find the right person that they admire as a friend for life and not for the money that one of the couple has.
For example a marriage based on a rich man and an average woman who likes her partner because he is an ATM machine.

  3. This study needs to be sent all over the world because there are too many people marrying too early because they are not mature enough to deal with marriage.
