I always think athletes are a bunch of determined and skilled individuals who put in much efforts or maybe even their youth into a sport.
However, we all know the life of an athletes is rather short. You’d be lucky if you’re still allow to play professionally after 30.
I sometimes wonder what will happen to them after that? I mean they still have at least 30-40 (or even more years) ahead.

Indeed there are some of those who are less fortunate, but many of them succeed after retirement
That’s good to hear…
I’ve heard too much “horror” stories from people around me…
that celebrities/athletes end up jobless and stuffs…
That horror story is undeniable, but the continuing success story is also quite a lot. I have a cousin-in-law who was a former boxer who excelled in the 70s, then while training a number of young boxers he also being hired in a large state-owned company until retirement.
Well, on the other hand, every human being has their own journey.
I have seen a lot retire and become inspirational speakers or coaches, which is a great thing.
Yes, it sure is!!
Their life stories probably very motivating!
