Bromelia belongs to the same plant family as pineapples. If you buy it when it blooms, it may never bloom again. The flowers flow only under ideal circumstances with temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius. But even the leaves alone are beautiful with their shades. Keep the plant in a bright place away from direct sunlight; the east or north side is ideal. We only pour it into the sleeve in the middle, where the stagnant water does not damage it. There are about 3,170 species. The family contains plants that are similar but ecologically very diverse, adapted to and with many species present in many climates. They thrive from lowlands up to 4200 m above sea level, from rain forests to deserts.
